Fantastisk opplevelse: Such an amazing place with amazing people. I recommend 100% to everybody. I used to have lower back problems due to my job but thanks to Kari and Brigitte not anymore. I look forward to the days I have yoga, it's like a spa for my mind and my body.

Fantastisk opplevelse: Love the place. If you are in Bergen as a tourist and would love a drop-in yoga class, this is the best place. Done yoga for 14 years and have yet to find instructors who are so good as they are on Yogavayu. Safe, healing yoga. Great location and super facilities.

Fantastisk opplevelse: I went to an aerial yoga class here, and loved it. The studio has a relaxed feel to it with water and tea available, although there is not a lot of room for changing and showering. You can borrow mats and blankets. The instructor (Birgitte) was very comfortable and approachable, and explained everything nicely. Each class has only a few places, which allowed the instructor to be attentive to all the students. The aerial part was a bit intimidating, but I wanted to make the most of the class, so by trusting the silks and the instructor I got through all the poses with no problems. It didn't feel so heavy at the time, but I was surprisingly sore the next day. It was wonderful relief for my back and spine. The only drawback is the price: 250 for a drop-in class, 200 for students.. They have 20% off most prices for students, so using that and a "clip card" would bring the price down to 160 kr per class.
