Fantastisk opplevelse: Den ultimate pilates-læreren - hjelpsom, morsom og utrolig dyktig. Timene er godt lagt opp med bra vanskelighetsnivå. Kommer alltid ut derfra med godt humør, uansett utgangspunkt :)

Fantastisk opplevelse: I found Brinkela after dreaming about starting my Ashtanga yoga journey and failing to find a place where they would accommodate a complete beginner like me. She made sure I felt welcomed and safe. I remember the first few months when everything seemed impossible and she just said: step by step, you will get there. And I already am on the way. She proved Ashtanga, under the right guidance, IS for everyone. The way she challenges me, they way she takes every single student as an individual, they way she inspires me to just trust the process. She truly is a Teacher with a capital T.

Fantastisk opplevelse: Brinkela is truly the best teacher I have even had for pilates. She is very kind and warm person. She is very energetic snd creates a safe environment during the practice. She is very professional. I have been going to her classes for couple of months now and I feel a big change in my body. I am more flexible and I have more energy. I have been at her yoga classes as well and I love that she patiently pay attention to everyone and try fix our positions. Her classes have become part of my life now and I would love to continue my practice with her. She is absolutely highly recommended ✅❤️

Fantastisk opplevelse: In my experience, Brinkela is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. Her welcoming and encouraging nature, paired with her energetic and positive teaching style, creates such an inspiring and uplifting atmosphere in the class. Brinkela's teaching approach caters to the individual needs and level of the student. Her knowledge in yoga is vast, and she provides valuable advice that has transformed my practice. Fantastisk opplevelse: If you're either interested in getting started with a dynamic type of yoga or elevate your ashtanga practice, Brinkela is a fantastically knowledgable teacher. Patience, understanding of how the body and mind work together intertwined, attention to safety. She will push you to do your best within your boundaries. She is not only a great mentor, but one of the most amazing human beings I have encountered. Her mysore program has become my safe space. I have never felt so strong, balanced and grounded as now. Fantastisk opplevelse: Brinkela is the best yoga teacher I’ve had. She is dedicated, and truly invested in developing every student. She pushes you to go further, while making sure you are not injuring yourself. She has a unique ability to pinpoint where adjustments are needed, and provides feedback in a gradual, interesting and motivating way. Fantastisk opplevelse: Brinkela is a very special teacher, truly caring for each one of her students. Down to earth and unpretentious, full of energy. She is creating a yoga community who work together. She genuinely cares about your practice and growth. Brinkela is the main reason why I still practice ashtanga. After a long break, her classes made me realize how much I missed the ashtanga practice. Brinkela as a teacher is fun, inspiring and always challenging! It is so easy to stay in the comfort zone. It makes a big difference when someone has faith in you and motivates you to go further in the asanas, even when you believe you have reached your maximum level. Brinkela has given me tools to make my practice better and make me push my limits. At the same time she always give new perspectives, both in the practice and in general life.

Fantastisk opplevelse: I am so grateful for the wisdom and manifestations of Brinkela. Ashtanga yoga and the Mysore practice has had a profound effect on all aspects of my life since I started attending the classes by Brinkela in January this year. This is the real deal. It'll expose you to what you need on your path through life. Oh and get yourself a proper yoga mat while you're at it. All available through her brand. I'm usually hesitant at endorsing a brand, but this is her and her wisdom, and it's all what I need.

Fantastisk opplevelse: I think Brie is one of the best yoga and Pilates teachers in Oslo. The studio is close to main bus and train lines and there are a lot of daily classes to choose from. Pilates is a good core workout and Ashtanga yoga is good as a personal practice, meditation, and fitness training.

Fantastisk opplevelse: I'm so glad that one day I randomly decided to try this type of yoga. What I didn't know then, but now see after practicing for six months with and alongside Brinkela, is that yoga and Ashtanga are really more than just physical exercise. You are mentally challenged and enriched. You understand more about yourself and the life you live. You gain clarity on connections you didn't see before, and it has truly opened up something in me that feels like it has given me shortcuts without cheating. In several sessions, I have arrived at solutions that took me years to understand in therapy with a psychologist. Brinkela has a unique ability to see each individual in a large room with many different people. She is strict in a soft and caring way, with a spirited sharpness that makes you want to put in genuine effort in your yoga practice. She constantly motivates and surprises with street-smart yoga knowledge. I wish everyone I care about could join this wonderful yoga journey.

Fantastisk opplevelse: When you practice Ashtanga with Brinkela, you're not just going through the motions. She makes sure that you spend your time working on what you personally need to improve to take your practice to the next level. She sees your potential, even if you don't see it yourself, and knows how you can get there. Fantastisk opplevelse: Brinkela is a passionate Yoga teacher. She approaches the practice holistically and strive to see the individual and their very own challenges and needs. In that way she creates a safe space no matter who you are or where you´re at. My short time practicing Mysore with Brinkela has led to the hardest yet most gentle practice I´ve ever had. Fantastisk opplevelse: Jeg har i to måneder nå regelmessig deltatt på Brinkela sine Ashtanga Mysore timer, noe som har vært utrolig lærerikt. Det er tydelig at Brinkela har masse erfaring med Ashtanga, og er veldig god på å lære bort. Brinkela er detaljert og tydelig i beskrivelsen, så det faktisk er forståelig hva man må gjøre og får ofte en aha-opplevelse. Jeg har praktisert yoga en del år, men har likevel lært masse nytt fra Brinkela. Det er utrolig gøy å kjenne på fremgang på så kort tid! Hun fokuserer mye på at man skal praktisere Ashtanga på en trygg måte, slik at man unngår skader, og styrker kropp og sinn for å bedre hverdagen. Hun er hands on, men er likevel forsiktig slik at du kan føle deg trygg på henne. Jeg liker spesielt godt at hun husker dine prestasjoner, hvor du er i din praksis, og hvordan hun motiverer deg til å utvikle deg til å bli den beste versjonen av deg selv. I alle mine år med yoga praksis, må jeg si Brinkela er den dyktigste yoga læreren jeg har hatt!

Fantastisk opplevelse: I started going regularly to Brinkela’s Mysore classes after I became pregnant. I had previously trained Pilates and had gone to different Yoga classes, and I also attended an introductory course to Ashtanga led by Brinkela in 2021. But since we’re now in 2024, you could say that my knowledge of the Ashtanga practice was quite limited. My lacking knowledge, combined with my pregnancy and accompanying pelvic floor issues, could prompt quite the challenge for both teacher and student. But thanks to Brinkela’s thorough teaching style, her ability to modify poses and desire to prevent injuries, I can now enjoy my practice. In my last pregnancy, I had to quit physical exercise all together because I didn’t learn how to adapt, but now the asanas help me prevent pain. This is thanks to Brinkela’s focus on alignment and a safe practice. I would recommend Brinkela as a teacher to anyone who wants to deepen their practice whether they are new to Yoga/Ashtanga or experienced.
