Negativ opplevelse: I am sold a 12 months membership which turned out to be minimum 16 months or forever (if I do not explicitly say that I want to quit in the 13th month). The contract is vague and I am given continuously vague answers. I cannot handle another word twist, at least my health cannot. I was not proficient in Norwegian and the lady did not attempt to speak English. Now, I learn that she is able to speak English and looks like she always was. Why she did not try to build a better communication with that is very skeptical. The definition of the membership is not clear, the word “continuous” is used in a confusing way. It looks like the payment method defines the membership. All sorts of word twists are available. I thought things are different in Norway, but it is the same everywhere as it seems. On the other hand, I do not recommend this place especially for people who want to exercise or want to get in shape, because the machines are not designed for that. I started because I had strong back pain and I was not able to do more and it did not help even that. They say they have trips. I did not join, so cannot say good or bad. You cannot write anything on their facebook page except good comments, otherwise they block you immediately. I wrote to ask help, it was really just two comments, and it did not take even two minutes to be blocked. They could just tell me to ask my questions somewhere else if it was this inappropriate. Therefore, the page is not real, so I suspect how real the good comments in here. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this place very much and I find it shady.
